To ensure that visitors to Buckingham Palace, Clarence House, The Queens Gallery and Royal Mews receive the highest standard of visitor care and to ensure the safety and security of the building, exhibits and visitors.
The post-holder must be available to work regular weekend days and some evenings to assist with private events. Owing to the nature of the job additional hours may be required.
The post-holder will be required to stand-up for long periods and walk from site to site. The job is therefore physically demanding, however, consideration will be given to the requirements of the role and whether adjustments could be made to accommodate any disability.

Hours: A minimum of 300 hours for the duration of the contract. You will typically be rostered to work over 4 to 5 days per week, Monday to Sunday, including regular weekends and some evenings.
Shifts will vary between Monday Sunday 8.30am 8pm
Contracts from May/June September/October
Candidates MUST be available for the full period of the contract and with full availability (no holidays can be taken) although they will be given holiday pay
Students will be given a late contract of around early July and can finish in September
